Called Business Meeting - July 8, 2009
All members are encouraged to attend a called business meeting on Wednesday, July 8 at 6:00 p.m. to hear a motion from the Budget and Finance Committee to authorize to initiate a captial funds campaign to support Phase One for the Facilities Master Plan, as approved by the church membership on May 17, 2009.  Make your plans to attend this important meeting.  
Sunday School Promotion - August 2, 2009
After careful consideration, our Sunday School Leadership has decided to move our Sunday School promotion date up one month to Sunday, August 2, to more closely coincide with the start of the new school year for children.  All preschool, children, and youth will promote up to their next Sunday School class on this new date.  
Bible Adventures - June 3-August 5, 2009
This summer, ages 3 - grade 6 will have the Bible adventure of a lifetime with Bible Adventures!  Kids will learn an exciting Bible story, then participate in an engaging, lesson-centered activity!  Wednesday nights, June 3 - August 5, from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.  Ages 3-K will meet in room 103; grades 1-6 in room 202.  Don't miss the adventure!  
Music City Bronze in Concert - August 9, 2009
Come enjoy an afternoon of music and musical expertise, as FBC hosts the Music City Bronze handbell ensemble in concert.  Sunday, August 9 at 4:00 p.m.  FBC's own Lorri Johnson is a member.  Click here for more information!  

 



Discovery Class New Study
The Discovery Class will begin a new study on science and religion and how they relate to each other in the 21st century.  This four-week study will be led by Dr. Bruce Cahoon, Professor of Biology at MTSU.  Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m., beginning July 12.
