The First Baptist Preschool Ministry loves all children as a gift from God. The Word of God is taught by using hands on, age appropriate methods and curriculum in a safe and clean environment. FBC maintains a low child-to-teacher ratio and our staff is loving, committed, gentle and well-trained.
There are many opportunities for preschoolers and their parents at First Baptist, such as:
- Child Care:
Child care is provided for children three and under for both Sunday morning worship services and Sunday evening Vesper Service. Child care is also provided for children two and under on Wednesday nights. For church special events, child care is provided for children three and under. Child care located in the Nursery/Preschool Suite.
Child Care Security: To ensure your child's safety, pagers are provided to parents/guardians of all babies and creepers. Security tags are employed for parents of two year olds through pre-kindergarten.
- Parent Child Dedication:
Twice a year a parent/child dedication service is offered for children and their parents in morning worship.
- Preschool Worship:
Preschool Worship is available for children age 4 - Kindergarten during the 9:00 a.m. Sunday worship. Children exit the worship service during a hymn. Location: room 103.

- Sunday School
- WEE School:
WEE school is a weekday preschool ministry for children three months through pre-kindergarten. Karen Parris, director. Registration required. Click here for more information on the WEE School ministry.
