Facility Requests

First Baptist allows certain groups to utilize our facilities in accordance with our mission statement, provided that the proper process is followed, the facilities are available, and the requests are approved. For a copy of the complete "FBC Facility Policy," please click on the button.

To request a facility reservation for a specific date and event, please complete the Facility Reservation Form below. Click here to download and print a request form.

Please Note: First Baptist Church reserves the right to refuse the request of any individual or group wishing to use our facilities. Submitting this reservation form does not guarantee approval of the date or the request. Reservation forms should be submitted no less than 2 weeks prior to the date needed. Facility requests are presented each Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. in staff meeting. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the request to follow-up on the status of the request by contacting the church office at 615.893.2514.
