Preschool and Children's Ministries
The First Baptist Church Preschool and Children’s Ministry provides opportunities for little ones to hear stories from the Bible, learn about the words and example of Jesus, and grow in loving community with their peers.
Sunday Morning
9:15AM Bible Study
Preschoolers meet on the first floor for a fun and enriching Bible Study experience!
Our Kindergarten through fifth graders are exploring the Bible through Godly Play, a contemplative, hands-on, Montessori-style approach to faith development and Christian education. Nursery care is also available.
10:30AM Worship
Nursery care is available for infants, and Worship Care is available for children through PreK. Children are also always welcome in our sanctuary regardless of their age.
Customizable Worship Bags are available for children to use during worship, and include options like activity pages and quiet sensory toys that can be returned at the end of the service.
Wednesday Evenings
5:00PM Fellowship Meal
Bring your crew and their dinner to our Fellowship Hall to enjoy dinner before Wednesday Evening Activities begin!
5:45PM Drop off for Music and Missions begins
A split schedule gives kids the opportunity to learn about Missionaries all over the world as well as develop their musical knowledge and skills! Nursery care is also available.
Other Opportunities:
Family Fun Days: FBC families take periodic outings in the community to places like the Zoo and Discovery Center
Easter Eggstravaganza: a celebration of the resurrection that includes a classic egg hunt and a variety of other activities each year.
Fall Festival: Trunk or Treat, pumpkin painting, games, and prizes- this event welcomes the community to FBC for harvest fun!
