Step 1: Click the PDF button to download the Facilities Use application.

Step 2: Complete side one of the application and save it.

Step 3: Email your application to pressary@fbcmboro.org.

Contact Paula Essary at (615) 893-2514 with questions. You may also turn in your form in hard copy format to the church office during regular office hours. Someone will reach out to you about the status of your request after it has been considered.

If your request is approved, side two must be completed on a hard copy of your application and turned in to the church office.
